It's gone through various phases.At one point it was overly critical. Then it became too casual. Now it's treating the user like a genius. My guess is that they're trying to tweak the human element of it all to get the most buy-in. |

As far as aesthetics go though I really enjoyed Mac OS when they had the scroll bars that looked like shiny teal lozenges. The clickables for the most part looked clickable. |
